When machine is OPEN all the way 67” This machine has a TON of adjustment for each station based on what user needs. 3 of the 4 stations are mounted to a 2” solid hydraulic ram shafts that are Hard Chromed for ease of articulation for whatever angle you need to set the machine up at. The entire machine built from .250 steel other than the Planishing hammer thats .500 thick steel and is very rigid and Square with absolutely so flex And painted with a Marine grade commercial paint from Sherman Williams (I have pics of paint/primer/thinner….comes in gal only and runs about $450 and they use it on industrial machines for sealing and coating) All stainless and grade 8 hardware. The ENGLISH WHEEL is a builder kit from MetalAce English Wheel 1x. 8” main roller wheel 6x. 3” roller dies Working height is 54.5”. ( +/- 1.5” in adjustment)…………. Throat depth. 28.5”…….throat height top/bottom from where roller is set at working height is now 13” TO TOP, 21.5 TO. BOTTOM. Total height of opening is 34.5” Roller adjust is capable from both top and bottom rollers and has a die storage station on top of machine The PLANNISHING HAMMER is a builder kit from Air Boss Tools and modeled from his Air Boss Pro-30 machine Air Hammer is the bigger Series II air motor 10.5 pneumatic air hammer It comes with 6 lower dies and 1 upper die and has a die holder on lower hammer arm Has a lower foot lever that is adjustable in length((up to 2ft out) and utilizes a drum foot pedal for air engagement. Also has air adjustment valve on top arm of hammer to adjust hammer hit intensity while on the fly….. I have a much simpler foot pedal design Set up for you if you dislike the drum pedal set up. All the arms articulate to what ever angle you need and are made from 1/2 thick steel and capped top and bottom with 1/4 plate. Also the arms can be adjusted up or down, you will just have to adjust cable tension. Right now I have it set at 54.5 working height with a air hammer throw of. .375 SHRINKER/STRETCHER This is only part of this Machine that has a cheaper die set up, however worked great for the projects had I with it. The dies ad heads are from harbor freight but can be switched out to other brands if need be and utilize hand or foot operations. MULTI POINT WORK STATION Right now it has a Woodward Fab Beverly shear in it(comes with machine) and utilizes a hitch style mount work station. 2.5” male sleeve 1/4wall with multiple side tightening screws. The ribbed slats you see coming from the rotational 2” mounting shaft to the station hitch mount is to hold hammer/dolly’s. Also comes with that 1/2 thick round plate steel mount for a leather bag holder or just a work station table. If you look at front edge of machine with the 2x100 plates you will see multiple 2.5” mounts for holding Beverly sheer/ round steel plate or any other tools you mount a a plate with 2” square tubing (((WHATS NO INCLUDED……VISE/PALLET JACK/HAMMERS/DOLLEYS. Only shown in pic for example of tool holding capability and moving machine))) I will not ship and local pick up only. I have a forklift on site to load. CASH ONLY….not interested on trades…..I know what I have and what it could cost to reproduce…..again there is NO other multi use metal forming machine out there like this especially one that has this type of adjustment/collapsibility for storage and durability based on material used….
