I bought a used Tesla from this dealer remotely, and honestly the experience was really disappointing.

During the process, the salesperson told me in chat “black exterior, black interior.” Because of that, I thought the car was black. The videos and photos they sent looked kind of gray, but I assumed it was just lighting — since they had already said it was black.

When the car finally got delivered, it turned out to be gray! The sales contract didn’t mention the color, the Carfax report they gave me didn’t mention it either, and the only color info I had was their written message. That turned out to be misleading.

When I tried to talk to them about it, they refused to take any responsibility.

Bought a vehicle here on Aug 8 2025. Came in the week prior to check out the car and worked with Tannis. He was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy. Prices are reasonable. They even washed the car and changed the oil before I bought it. Had the car checked out by the mechanic and everything looked good. Overall trustworthy and very helpful dealership. Doing your homework when buying a used car is needed to make sure it was well kept, but buying from a place you trust like this is also great and gives peace of mind. Thanks Tannis and apollo auto.

Tony is a professional and reliable sales. He is very flexible and very helpful even though he was not working on Sunday, he still came to show us cars. He also helped us with some small problem after case closed.
