It was brought to my attention by my dear friend whom is disabled and walks most the time- that these are not assembled upon purchase. Theirs several different versions looking on Walmart site alone. This particular version has an axel with pins and springs. If you are needing someone to assemble a cart… feel free to reach out to me. I do charge a small assembly fee. I know those needing to use these probably don’t have a vehicle. The assembly fee is for gas to get me to and from. I will be charging $10/$20 depending on your style cart and distance to your home. I do have my own tools that are not provided with any of these carts. The pic above again is just an example of one I did and I added reflectors for safety precautions. Thank you.
