The thick, rigid plastic hull is unbelievably sturdy, and the "duck-boat" design provides the boater and passengers the kind of stability usially only found in substantially larger, much more expensive watercraft. In the water, you can stand up in both the recesses and on the bow deck without the "cannoe-like" feeling of pitching and yawing in the water.
