There is an air conditioner and heater w/a ducted ventilation system with six air conditioning vents that equally distribute air throughout the trailer. There is a 23 gallon freshwater tank, 20 gallon gray tank, and 18 gallon black water tank. Trailer comes with 2 30 pound propane tanks with auto switching regulator. The interior is absolutely perfect, spotless, with no defects. The kitchen is large and features a gas stovetop, gas oven, dual stainless steel sinks, combination propane/electric fridge with Freezer, and plenty of overhead storage, drawers, and slide out spice rack. The dinette offers seating for four people comfortably, and easily converts into a bed for two, offering flexible, sleeping options for up to four people. A front queen bed offers a very large storage space underneath. The bathroom has ample shower space, with a vanity, cabinets, and porcelain toilet. There is LED lighting with dimmers throughout the trailer. Conveniently placed 110 outlets and USB charging ports. A 1000 W inverter powers your 110 equipment when dry camping. This trailer weighs 4264 pounds and can easily be towed with a Ford Ranger, Toyota Tacoma or similar sized SUV. Comes complete with a weight distribution hitch.
