Perfect for a small apartment or studio. It's two people comfortably and has no stains or extreme damage. Look at pictures three and four and you will see a small amount of fraying from my cat scratching it a couple times it's not bad at all. I just bought this couch two months ago for a little under 200 bucks so this is a steal at the price I'm asking.
