What we have here is a pristine 2000 Harley Davidson Softail Deuce. He got himself another bike and it's taking up all his attention and riding time, so this one is pretty much just sitting around waiting for someone to love it again. The bike itself has a tick under 50,000 miles on it, but don't freak out.. The motor is freshly rebuilt (like, less than 100 miles - FRESH). It's a new bottom end and a 96ci motor, with stage 2 Screamin Eagle cams, cam plate, and tuner. The exhaust system is a 2 into 1 with a baffle and no packing, so it definitely makes a little noise. All that racket aint for nothin, though, as this beauty will certainly get up and go when you kick her in the guts. Everything about this motorcycle works flawlessly. This bike has been kept inside pretty much all it's life, and has generally seen sunny days and happy weekends. The owner of this bike also owns a mechanic shop that he built up from spinning wrenches himself, and he takes pride in using top notch products and paying attention to detail, so you know this thing was maintained meticulously. There is a clean title, so no hoops or BS to jump through- just standard procedure tags and title transfer stuff. I think the worst thing about the whole machine may be that the poor thing has been sitting/stored in our shop for long enough to have acquired a little dust, and the only action she sees is running up the street and back, just to make sure it's still alive. If you're hoping to throw a leg over this motorcycle and give it a shakedown, I would bring cash. Dude's friendly as could be, but he's also a pretty no-nonsense kind of guy. The other reason I recommend bringing your lunch money is that once you see it, and run it down the block, you are absolutely not going to want to leave it sitting here. Lookin for 6500 on this one, with maybe a little wiggle room. And no, he doesn't want to trade for anything, sorry.
