Excavator Parts Sales Partner

I am a supplier of excavator parts from China. We are looking for either a buyer or a partner who sells our products and pay us only after the products get sold. We have been engaged in excavator industry in China for more than 20 years. We have our own production plant and sale company, also engaged in machinery maintenance and leasing. We also have sale company and warehouse in Vancouver and hope to cooperate with your company in this region. Now all brands of excavators in the world have set up production plants in China, including Carter, Volvo, Hitachi, Komatsu, Sumitomo, Shengang, Kato, Kubota, Ishikawashima, Hyundai, and Doosan. Chinese brand factories, such as Sany, Zoomlion, and XCMG, also produce many excavators. A large number of production factories in Chin provide excavator parts for these factories. The parts have also been sold in the maintenance market and exported to all over the world. With more than 20 years of business history in China, we have developed a large number of long-term cooperative factories in the production, sale, and procurement of excavator parts. We can provide the parts produced by ourselves or in China for your company with high quality and good price. Two years ago, we set up a company and a warehouse with lots of parts in Vancouver. The sale situation there is also very good. We hope to establish the similar cooperation in this region with the following ways: a. Full purchase b. Consignment, after-sale settlement: We provide parts according to the requirements of the other party, and the other party provides warehousing management for free, and is responsible for sales of the parts. In this way, it is better to let the other party provide acceptable price. c. Cooperative joint sales: We provide parts according to the requirements and disclose the cost, and the other party provides warehousing management and sales. Both sides will share the profit equally (50%:50%). (Note: This is our way of cooperation in Vancouver) Quality assurance: a. The warranty period is one year. b. Both parties sign a joint agreement that the return and replacement of parts with quality problems shall be undertaken by us, and the profit of the other party shall be deducted accordingly.
