The couches are In near perfect shape besides one of the sofas back pillows has a seem tear as well as the love seat one of the back cushions has a rip on the seem got it priced from a local seamstress and the quoted me at 12 each tear so less then 30$ to have fixed. Other then that the couch is in great shape so comfortable and only 2 years old where only leaving it behind because we’re moving in with my mother and I have no where to store the couches and she doesn’t want to get rid of her couches only for be to move out and want to take my couches with me which is understandable
