Beautiful trailer. Renovated for small living. Recently had to move and can't store anymore. -Real light fixtures put into the living room area. -false backsplash put into kitchen. -working A/C and heater -3 slide-outs. 2 in living space, 1 in bedroom. -full closet and dresser. -lots of cabinet and storage space. -full kitchen with moveable island. -couch, sitting chair, side table, TV, rug, and white metal table with chairs included. -Bought new air filters that need to be put in. -4 propane tanks included. -Electric, and water hook-ups included. -Lived in for 3years, but always kept clean. Septic tanks regularly flushed. -Some exterior sun damage on the lamination, no leaks. -All slide-out and awnings work. -Registration up to date. Expires 6/30. -Tires are 4yrs old, but have always been covered. -Needs new septic drain hose. Threw out the old one.
