I had a great experience with 3 plus auto sales  I bought a Hyundai and it was in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly. I have to take back what I said about his car sales company it’s a true sham that they fooled me and my daughter on her first car purchase. We thought it was a solid transaction for a great working vehicle I mean the sales person was so convincing that he told us that he has been driving it for a while and it’s the best car on the lot. After one month of owning this car it just so happens that it eats the oil I have to put 32oz every 200+ miles that’s a serious situation if you ask me but there was no cares or mention of this oil problem from the sales man….. shoot he even said they just change the oil that day we pick it up. Not sure why they would not now this if they continuously drove the vehicle all over the place so you know they knew about it they just wanted it off there lot so stay far away from this scam of a place and good luck to who ever buys from here it’s an absolute joke.

Sold us a car. The price they gave us was fine but I found out afterwards that the price in the windshield was higher than the price listed on marketplace
They told us the indicator that was on was a seatbelt light but it wasn't. It was an airbag light. They sold us a car that didn't have a working passenger airbag and either lied or was ignorant about it. Gave them a chance to fix it after. They said they would but didn't. Fixed the sensor by myself and have a car I'm happy and proud to own.

My other half had purchased a car here and although the gentleman was kind and helpful, we feel like we have been misled and truly misguided on how well this car actually was BEFORE WE DROPPED parts of our savings to purchase it.
( some background details ) My family and I, as well as my other half moved here from hawaii due to losing our home in the Lahaina fire & not being approved for an extension for our fema home that once housed all of us together. Through family, they offered us a place here in tacoma to stay in the mean time until our family gets situated. We were in search of a reliable car that can get around in the mean time and my other half had found one through this company THREE DAYS AGO, on JUNE 3rd of 2025. We had flew in the day prior and a friend of his recommended this place to go and find a good car. He purchased a car thinking all was well when he brought it home but when we had gone to the grocery store later that evening, the car had broken down. We were not able to have someone come by to jump start it & had to leave the vehicle parked in a lot ( with hopes it will be there the next day. ) Now, the morning of June 4th, my brother had figured out there was an issue with the battery so my other half had to Uber to o’reillys, purchase a new battery to replace the old one and we were able to take it home. June 5th, my other half was worried there would be more issues regarding this car that this “3 plus auto” company may have not told us about, so we left it alone. NOW…TODAY, June 6th 2025 we had decided to take the vehicle out to the store to grab groceries when it had completely died out in the middle of the road where 3 lovely men was kind enough to help us push it into a 7-eleven parking lot. I had tried to contact this company over 30 times within the hour and a half trying to seek some assistance from their “maintenance guy” to hopefully come by and help but not a single phone call was picked up or returned. We have no idea what to do now and I feel bad for writing all of this out but just as a precaution to others, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD DEAL FOR A CAR. We had to pay for a tow to get the car back to our house and are still trying to contact the company but still have no answer. I would say to listen to my voicemail but the phone number provided on the card left with the paperwork as well as online doesn’t even give you the option to do so.
