Good quality Costco brown leather adjustable futon. 3 positions reclining; 3 arm positions. There is some wear which I have shown in pics. You cannot really see any of it from normal angles though. Smoke free home. It is fairly heavy & would need 2 men to carry/load. No stairs. Asking $150. Measurements below: Width 78” Height (with back upright) 3 ft Depth 3 ft Fully laid down depth approx 4 ft * Pick up in Auburn/Lakeland Hills area. * I will not respond to “Is this still available”.
