Good quality Costco brown leather adjustable futon. 3 positions reclining; 3 arm positions. There is some wear which I have shown in pics. You cannot really see any of it from normal angles though. Smoke free home. It is fairly heavy & would need 2 men to carry/load. No stairs. Asking $175, OBO (reasonable offers only please).
