Description

This is a meticulously maintained, taken care of and very clean travel trailer. I became the second owner in 2022. It's a 2016 wildwood x-lite 263bhxl. 32' over all length. 5800# dry weight. Appliances, hvac, plumbing and electrical work fantastic. 5 new tires in 2024 Always sealed the exterior before winter and stored it under cover. There is some minor wear and tear that you can expect from almost a 10 yr old trailer. Has the polar package, with Grey and black tank heaters Black tank wash out system. Kitchen and bath have separate Grey tanks totaling 64gal. Large power awning Electric front jack and stabilizing Jacks Fold down cargo carrier on rear. Can sleep up to 9 people, one queen bed, two bunk beds, one fold out couch and the dinette becomes a full bed. There aren't many pre-covid trailers left in this good of condition. It's 100% ready to go camping next weekend. No trades.
