Scooter is in good condition except that the piece that the piece that allows the scooter to fold up as well as the handle bar height to be adjusted is broken. The scooter can still do both even with this defect but since there’s a clamp holding the neck of the scooter in place neither can be done as efficiently or as quickly as this scooter normally allows.
