I am no longer in need of my second bike. This is a Rad Rover ST so it is the previous model before the Rad Rover 6 plus Step Thru. It will come with the attached rear rack and pannier Bag both of which are $80 accessories. If they are not your thing they can be removed and I also have a front mounted basket I can place on there for you instead if that is more to your liking. Additionally, I have all electric replacement parts for the bike(controller x2, wiring harnessx2, and Display/remote) which are pictured that I do not mind including for an extra $100 (controller's are $100 each retail, Display/remote($100), Wiring harness are $30 each retail). This bike has never needed a replacement part in its lifetime that was not something wear and tear is associated with (like brake pads). So I never needed to utilize them. The bike is under a year old with 571 miles on it currently. For transparency it will need a brake cable adjustment (this is something you can follow the online guide on or take it to a bike shop which cost $20-$25. If you would like that amount subtracted that would be fair. It brakes fine you would just be squeezing more than what may like without it.
