Living room Pop out floor and corner walls need to be repaired the pop out itself is 14ft l x 4ft w easy repair if you put in 1000 to 2000 you'd have at least a $10,000 dollar trailer the frame it sits on is in perfect condition no rust spots anywhere but yeah this trailer is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath that Sleeps 8 to 10 adults easily 2 in the master bedroom 2 one man bunks & two bench seats table/bed also sleeps 2 the Living room table/bed sleep 2 with a futon/bed sleep 2 the kitchen has a good size double sided sink a gas stove with 3 burners & good size oven a microwave oven a full size refrigerator/freezer all appliances work great bathroom has a good size sink medicine cabinet mirror above a stand up shower/tub & seperate enclosed toilet & the master bedroom has pop out spacious closet & lots of cupboards space & under the bed space two skyvents one in Living room and one above toilet outdoor shower 100 gallon freshwater tank & pump both batteries great condition 2in ball & hitch towing plus a sway bar system that helps stability for towing 4 Jack Stabilizers when parked fresh grey & black water tanks have easy drain spouts I have all the electrical adapters needed all tank hookups needed everything is there all the paperwork I also have a bucket of Silver Seal RV roof top coating a couple 50psi adapters to protect water pipes clean title even all the appliances papers please only message if you're a serious buyer thanks for reading
