Went in to get a quote today to buy a new Honda Accord Sport and asked for the best out the door price. I was fully transparent with them and said I was going to take that quote to Galpin and then down below to see who has the best out the door price. Sales man "Rad" went to his manager and when he came back he said his manager asked what was the number I wanted to take the car tonight? I said 32k and then I said, I would STILL take that number to the other dealers to see if they can beat it for a SUBSTANTIAL amount (not by a couple hundred bucks), manager didn't like my answer so he said he didn't want to be the first one to give me a quote and to go get the other dealer's quote first. Not only did he send me on my way empty handed but the Manager never came up and introduced himself or anything. Honda Lancaster does not want to sell cars even when a customer comes up to them fully transparent and disclose exactly what they're gonna do. I bought a lot of cars from them in the past and this new management/sales team they got it's not it. Nobody greeted me when I walked in to the sales floor, all the sales men were just chilling at the managers' desk. Anyways, I went in to get a quote and left empty handed. Manager straight up said nope because I disclosed I was going to shop around for the best deal. This interaction was on 4/10/2025 at 5pm. Just my experience at current Honda Lancaster after not going there for many many years (never had issues in the past). Use this as reference =)

We first visited the dealership just to explore the Honda Pilot, and he took the time to walk us through every detail—no pressure, no rush. Two weeks later, when we were ready to buy, Tommy was just as helpful, guiding us through the trim options and making sure we found the perfect fit for our family.

Arturo also assisted with the paperwork and was just as professional and courteous. When it came to financing, Nathan was an absolute genius with the numbers. He explained everything thoroughly, making sure we understood every detail of the process.

I’ve purchased cars before, and I know how pushy some salespeople can be—but this experience was completely different. The team at Lancaster Honda was professional, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with our purchase. This was my first time buying from this dealership, and based on this experience, it definitely won’t be my last!

I purchased  my car at Lancaster Honda through Guadalupe at Autoland. The whole process with Autoland and Honda was smooth,  effective, and convenient . The car was delivered to my house spotless and clean. They gave me $100 gift card to make things right due to the car  being delivered on a low gas tank. The fact that I never stepped foot in a dealership to buy my car was amazing. Best experience so far with purchasing a vehicle.
