Grandfather Clock with Moon Dial & 9 Tubes - Opulent and Rare Antique

This is an absolutely beautiful masterpiece of a grandfather clock that was made by Colonial Manufacturing Co. in Zeeland Michigan in the early 1900s. Serial Number: 8807 96.75” tall (higher than an 8 foot ceiling) 28” wide 18.25 deep 9 different length chime tubes 3 weights Comes with original key for winding and original locking key for front and side doors. There are 6 glass panes for full views of all the chambers from the front and both sides. 5 of the glass panes are beveled. Plays Westminster Canterbury or Whittington The Case: The solid wood case is in above average physical condition. The case has not been refinished and is exactly what a collector wants, nothing altered or changed that I can see. The Dial/Face: The dial is in excellent physical condition and has a wonderful patina. The hour and minute hands are original and fit tightly to the arbor. The Mechanism: The mechanism has been running well for the last several years. It has a strong ticking sound and keeps very accurate time.
