Barrio Motors treated me like I was family. I just moved to El Paso and my car got stolen so I really needed a vehicle for my job and my family. The kindness and flexibility that they showed me was rare. I would definitely recommend this dealer. If you have some cash money and are ready to roll, Barrio motors will try their best to earn your business and make a deal. You have to be willing to do your part, but they will not be undersold.

I bought a truck 4 months ago. It’s been in the shop for over a month. Do not trust this business as they sell bad vehicles and have no intention on anything other than a sale. They will not disclose things wrong with their vehicles and honestly don’t care!

Purchased a 2014 vehicle back in 2018 and till this day car is running great with no issues. Just got my second vehicle for my wife Josh did everything to get me approved with a low month payment, great customer service!! I will definitely be coming back here to purchase my son’s first car in the future. Yes some of  the cars have high mileage but these cars are well taking care of and clean. My vehicle had a clean carfax with only one owner and great price I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a affordable vehicle.

This place deserves 0 stars to be honest.  My girlfriend bought a Chrysler 200 last year and we were informed it had a clean title and everything.  Test drove the vehicle and everything seemed fine.  A couple months later she started having problems with the car. And since then, it has been giving so many issues.  We decided to go to another dealership and trade in the car last month to get a better car and we were told the Chrysler was a total loss vehicle and the wouldn’t give us anything at all for vehicle for that reason.  Went back to Barrio Motors to confront them about the issue and the owner stated “I didn’t know it was a total loss.”  Carfax showed it was considered a total loss by the insurance company two month before Barrio Motors bought the car.  And they didn’t want to do anything about it and said that it’s our problem now. Don’t buy from this place because they will lie to you and deny any wrong doing.

Excellent customer service. I was getting turned down everywhere I went and they worked with me and got me into the vehicle I wanted. Josh, Ed and his wife were very friendly and josh and Ed explained everything to me in detail. They really do treat you like family and not just another customer. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dependable, affordable vehicle.
