Description

Childs/toddler rocking chair made by the Hedstrom Co. In Dothak Alabama, in the late 40's or 50's. Has original paint, and decal label. It has one unusual feature, a music box made specifically for children's rocking chairs was attached. It still works, it plays "rock a bye" it is a music box made in Switzerland with a patent pending. I looked it up online found the chairs came in green, and red. The box alone is prized among woodworkers and furniture restoration persons. Cute retro-rocker. The last photo has measuring reference in the photo so you can get an idea of size.
