I bought a Buick last year in December.  Ismael and his son were open to any questions or concern I had regarding the two vehicles I was considering purchasing.  I did not feel pressured into buying a car like other car lots.  I took my Buick to a well known tire establishment on Mesa where they "found" a few issues that needed urgent attention.  I took my car back to Ismael for a second opinion.  He was able to fix the problems at a fraction of the cost. I recommend I&A when buying a car as they conducted themselves with professionalism and understanding.

I spent two months searching for a car for our granddaughter. I saw a picture of one at I & A, but the car looked too good. I thought it had been repainted, but then I saw they had the CarFax history of that car. No accidents and serviced at the dealer. I can honestly say it was the easiest car purchase in 60 years of car shopping. Ismael answered my questions, but I was not rushed. After the sale, I left I & A in Texas and returned to my home in New Mexico. Getting tags in NM is a nightmare. It took us a month when we moved from Florida. There was a paperwork problem and Ismael sent me several texts and called me to give me advice. Twice he offered to meet us at the Motor Vehicle Office to help us with the paperwork. I did not feel abandoned after the sale. They were there to help. My granddaughter loves her new car.

I bought a town & country here and i have has no issues with the vehicle. I loved the the way the family who owns the business treated me and im looking foward to buying yet another vehicle from them here in the next two weeks. I’ve shopped around before and everywhere i go i feel the pressure of buy now, not here at all. It is a great buying experience.

Ismael and family are very helpful, friendly and professional.  I purchased a Mazda from him 2 years ago and I am super happy with my Mazda. I have come back to have Ismael help me find
my next vehicle that I am looking for. I recommend I&A auto sales, if they don't have the vehicle you are looking for, he will go out of his way and look for it.

I&A auto sales was the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. They were friendly, honest and helpful.

They did multiple things that made our car buying experience worry free and easy! For one, they stayed open late until we were able to get there. Another great experience we had was when we had a slight issue with our car shortly after purchasing it. We let Ishmael know and without any hesitation, they resolved the issue. They even took time out of their day to drive to us (roughly 90 miles).

I don’t think there would be any other car dealership with this level of customer service or honesty. If you’re looking for a used car, this is the place to go!
