I went to Redline to take a look at a 2008 Lexus LS 460. While I was there, I took a look at the rest of the lot too. This may be a small dealership, but they had a good variety of vehicles. I worked with Shawn and he was easy to work with and was not pushy. I ended up buying the car after taking it for a test drive. The car was exactly what I was looking for. At the same time, I traded in my truck. They made the process quick and painless. I have bought well over a dozen vehicles over the last 12 years and this was the shortest time I’ve ever spent at a dealership. I was there for less than 90 minutes. I had a really good experience here, Sean the guy who works the day job was really professional and courteous and not pushy at all. We bought a Toyota Sienna which has had basically no issues and I love the car. The only hiccup we had was the title was screwed up so we didn't get the license plate for a couple of months and they took care of that no problem. Also I screwed up on the financing and they hooked it up for a couple more days so I could get the money squared away, thanks a lot Redline for a great experience, first time I've said I'm looking forward to buying another car from these guys lol

I bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS today with low mileage from them.  Nov. 20, 2025; the car was in crazy good shape.  I believe I got a very good price/fair value.  Shawn was the Sales Rep and Emmanual (Manuel?) was the Manager.  They do what they say and they say what they do.  I'm 66 years old single female.  I'd trust them again.  They spoke very simply and explained everything.  No hubristic pride or lying.  It's a very small dealership on Cave Creek near Dunlap interchange.  Please know they will do you good.  They respect you and talk intelligently.  IF anyone complains about them it's PROBABLY because they're trying to get something out of them or is just deceitful overall.
