I recently stopped by STG auto group(city of bellflower)to check it out and I ended up walking out of there with a 2024 Honda Civic sport touring hatchback. I’m so happy with the decision I made, thank you to Luis Chavez sales rep, Alex sales manager & Alex finance manager. The whole staff was extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy. I had and amazing experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had a terrible experience with this dealer. I found a car I liked at this dealer. Tesla model S. I sent a message to see if it’s available. I got a call within an hour to schedule an appointment the next morning at 9am. I arrived on time and asked to see the car. The car didn’t arrive till 1pm. They said it was at their other location in Montclair and some miscommunication. During the application process I noticed there was optional equipment added to the car. Tint, extreme appearance package, and VTR theft package. They said none of the packages could be removed because it was already installed on the car. I inspected the car and no tint was on the windows and there was a lot of paint chipped off on the hood and front bumper. So I had to reschedule another appointment to get the windows tinted and repair the paint damage on the hood and bumper. Gave two stars since they gave me $1k off the sale price. But Overall A disappointing experience at this dealer

We came in on June 14th to sell my partner’s car, and Stephanie assisted us throughout the process. It was a quick and easy transaction from start to finish. Before we came in, we were in contact with George via text we shared photos, the VIN, and the car’s history, which made things seamless. The car was fairly new with low mileage, and STG offered us a great and honest price. In fact, it was $4,000 more than other places we checked.

The process was incredibly smooth: we were in and out within an hour, including checking in, a 30‑minute inspection, signing the documents, and receiving the check. We were lucky to have Stephanie guiding us, she made it super easy and straightforward.
