The apartment has one beautifully decorated bedroom and a very comfortable living room with a built in kitchen and a hutch with a built in sink. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator plus small freezer. Pots and pans, utensils, bedding and towels are supplied. Smart TVs installed in both rooms. All amenities are in “As New” condition. There is a spacious, private full size bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub. There is an off-street parking spot in our driveway. Washer and Dryer are shared with the owners and are available on request. Separate, private entrance with patio which can be used as a sitting area or storage for a bicycle etc. Plenty of storage. Monthly lease includes all utilities like water, sewer, gas, trash removal, electricity, internet, TV, etc. Leased on a month to month basis. Ideal for a single person who is a professional, clean, quiet, non smoker. No pets. Military, nurses, students are all welcome. Minimum stay should be three months. If you would like to bring some personal furniture or need anything else we are here to make you comfortable in your home. Owners are very flexible. Available as of October 1st.
