Description

For sale is a very nice 1949-s Roosevelt Silver Dime in stellar uncirculated condition. The 1949-S had a small mintage of just 13 million coins, which may sound like a lot but it actually is a much lower mintage than most of the years that follow, but what really makes this coin so collectable is its uncirculated grade. In average circulated grades this coin is not particularly rare, but when they get in MS uncirculated grades the values skyrocket, and the higher the grade the value increases exponentially. And like all pre-1965 Roosevelt Dimes this coin is 90% silver. As you can see from the pics the coin is in amazing uncirculated condition, and would likely come in at a mid-MS grade. It has all the original mint luster to it and all the details on it just pop. It has no major toning or blemishes and it has not been cleaned.
