Buyer Beware: Do Your Research Before Visiting This Dealership
I recently visited this used car dealership with the intention of buying a 2017 Chevy with over 122,000 miles. The dealership had purchased the car at auction for $16,000, yet they were trying to sell it to me for $26,000. This price is significantly higher than the fair market value, which is closer to $20,000. So, not only was the car overpriced, but it was also way above its actual value for a vehicle with such high mileage.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the salesperson, Marcos, who seemed completely uninterested in offering any kind of fair deal. He made no effort to explain the reasoning behind the inflated price or to negotiate. It became clear that the dealership was more focused on making a profit rather than giving me a fair and transparent deal.
I spent over two hours at the dealership, and honestly, it felt like a waste of time. I couldn’t believe how much I was being asked to pay for a car that clearly wasn’t worth the price they were asking. In those two hours, Marcos never showed any interest in trying to make things work, and I was left feeling completely disrespected.
If you're considering buying from this dealership, I highly recommend doing your research beforehand. There are plenty of other dealerships out there that offer fair prices and more transparent deals. Don’t waste your time like I did.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I originally left a negative review because of poor communication and follow-through when trying to purchase a truck. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the sales manager actually called me to ask me to take the review down, saying he’d be willing to “negotiate.” I called him back, and guess what? He hung up on me, then put me on hold for 5 minutes before I was forced to leave a message.

I was genuinely interested in buying the truck and tried to give them a chance to make it right. They told me the manager would call me back — he never did.

If this is how they treat someone ready to purchase, I can only imagine what happens after they have your money. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and not worth your time.

I had really bad credit and Jr helped me get a car with a good deal. He is very good at communication and making you feel welcome and wanted as a customer. He literally made something so stressful turn into a chill experience!!

Really good customer service when other dealers tell me no they be able to help and walk out with a good car /and they focus on the customers needs I really love these place and my car thank you Esquivel auto depot and for helping me to get my vehicle….

Service was great, Maria was courteous and very helpful, kept us well informed through the process. Everyone was kind and greeted me and my husband. They even had great food there that they had there serving.

Bought a 08 suburband from them. When we got there it was in the back and the battery was dead, which was no big deal the replaced it before we left. Few days later wife was driving down the road and the truck turned off causing her almost to crash. We had it towed to our house where I found the ground cable was complete broken due to them not putting the battery bracket back on the battery and the battery was sliding around under the hood. I told them that I could fix it for about a hundred dollars and I would do it myself since it was at my house, I am an ASE certified tech and I need the truck. I only wanted them to pay for the parts. They told no and that they would only pay for half or they wanted us to tow it to their shop they contract with. The truck was also missing a lot of things and we were not worried about it till this almost killed my wife. I don't not recommend  this dealership. Stay away.

Update: they also charged us license and registration and we got a notice from the DMV to pay 2018. When we asked they tried to tell us that's how they do it and when we told them I worked at dealership and know we paid for them they refunded us the funds. DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY STEAL!!!!!
