If you have ever thought about purchasing from venom motorsports, I highly recommend you do! They have great pricing fantastic products and great customer service! My man Jo helped me through everything I had questions about. Can’t wait to break these bad boys open and hit the road

Delivered a bike w/ a failed starter after we paid to have it 100% built out and tested.  Odometer didn't match the paperwork.  Reps were rude.  Said they wouldn't help us until a 1 star review was removed.  Wanted us to haul the bike to Anaheim to have it repaired at our expense.  Wouldn't cover labor. Won't ship us the starter.  Won't let us use our own mechanic.  Tried to get us to use one of their local ones, but only if we paid and then charged them back the cost.  Wanted us to repack the bike onto the pallet and have it shipped back for a refund, no assistance on the packing, but they would pick it up.  They replied to a review on another site w/ a defamatory claim that we wrecked the bike.   After we stopped payment and filed a complaint w/ the BBB, these clowns won't even pick up the phone.

Buyer beware.  The bikes are low quality and the service is hot garbage.  They will literally sell you a brick and then tell you all sales are final.

Get a better bike from someone else.

The Sportster I received from Venom is a fun, solid little bike.

They sold me a maddog back in October which sat in the garage until this month.  While on its second ride I noticed the rear wheel was wobbling violently.  I was able to get it home and after confirming the lugs were torqued down I realized the rim must be bent.  The hub does not wobble once the wheel is removed.  I reached out to venom since it’s under warranty still and they have done nothing but ask for more and more pictures and video.  They are trying to blame the tire (again brand new 15 miles on it) for the 2 inch wobble in the rim…..  obviously this isn’t the issue, but since the tires are not covered under warranty that’s clearly the narrative they want to push instead of ACTUALLY helping me.   I’ve attached a video so you can be the judge for yourself.

Additional info:  they finally agreed it’s the rim but tried to get me to remove this review.  When I told them I would not remove the review, they started to ignoring me and refusing to send my replacement part.  Also read their “good reviews” carefully.  They seems fake to me.

I had an excellent experience with Venom Motorsports! I ordered an electric motorcycle, and it was shipped incredibly fast. When the shipment arrived, one of the plastic parts was unfortunately damaged during transit by the shipping company. However, their customer service was top-notch! Shana, one of their representatives, immediately stepped in to assist me. She responded quickly, located the replacement part, and arranged for it to be shipped out all within minutes. Her professionalism and efficiency turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a completely hassle-free resolution. I highly recommend Venom Motorsports for their quality products and outstanding customer service!
