Rockwood HW296. Top of the line and rare unit. In excellent condition. Has all the incredible conveniences of a full RV with much easier and convenient storage. Two HUGE beds (with heated mattress capabilities, pop out U shaped dinette that double as full bed. Large couch that also folds for sleeping. Private toilet and shower over toilet option. Fridge (never even used), oven and stove (never used)-Literally still have stickers on them, and double sink. Hanging cabinetry and closet for convenient food and clothing storage. Indoor/outdoor speakers. Attachable outdoor griddle. Huge counter space. The best part of this RV is its easy storage in the garage. Saves a TON of $ on storage fees which are upwards of $150 a month for no cover. The other best part is the high walls of this RV give you the amazing feeling of being outdoors and 360 degree views, amazing breeze blowing through, but security that a tent can’t offer. Tons of storage space. Brand new battery. No damage, chipping or issues of any kind. Open to driving it to you to purchase depending on location. We would love to keep it we just don’t use it enough anymore. We’ve had pull trailers, 5th wheels, etc and this has been by far our favorite trailer.
