I had a great experience buying a new 2025 Camry LE at Ganley Toyota of Akron.  There was no pressure as Chauncey listened closely to our needs and preferences.  Camrys are in short supply, but they had an LE model on hand to drive, which was the model that I wanted.  My wife and I drove it as much as we wanted and then we talked about the colors and options that we desired.

I appreciate that Ganley did NOT add a market adjustment; we started with the sticker price.  They did not have the color and options I wanted on their lot, but Chauncey quickly found what I was looking for and arranged to transfer the car.  We picked it up at our convenience a couple of days later.  I love the Ocean Gem color!  To me it's so much better than white, black and gray.

There were no high pressure tactics in the finance office either.  Chauncey and Jeremy made it easy and a pleasure to buy a car from them.

Seriously the best! They made the whole process easy and stress-free. This team truly puts in the work, from start to finish everything was smooth and simple, and it shows how much they care about their customers. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Frank Miller was very knowledgeable. I had a couple questions comparing different Toyotas. We ended up getting the one that made the most sense he’s very transparent and charismatic. I would recommend him highly to anyone out here who wants to deal with someone that is transparent and has a very special way of articulating Words and communication. Thanks again. I recently leased a new 2025 Land Cruiser here and had a great experience.  Jesse was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it came to finding me exactly what I wanted.  He always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and when it would be arriving for me to pick up.  Marco was great at explaining all of my options when it came to financing and helping me figure out the best route to take.  Alex was great getting me in and out with all of my paperwork quickly but with a thorough explanation of what I was signing.  Lucas gave me the rundown of everything inside/outside the vehicle to make sure I knew everything there was to know before I took my new car off of the lot. Lastly, Lisa in the service department made sure that I knew about my free maintenance options which was just the cherry on top of my experience!
