The amp on top is a QSC power amplifier, older RMX series model. Solid pro audio brand, built like a tank. That bottom one under the amp is a Rockville dual 15-inch PA speaker — same brand as the big ones beside it. It’s a full-range cabinet, probably around 1,500 watts peak, with two big woofers and those ports on top for more bass. Solid for loud gigs or parties.
