I received the book shipment today and have provided some DNA the Berkshire books sticker is from the store where Mr king did his signing some odd 30 yrs ago and the stores code on the back. I talked with a rare book dealer that has verified its authenticity based off the photos and information I provided if you are interested in this book I would be happy to make an appointment to meet with the dealer at his store location for authenticity or you can pick a dealer of your choosing to meet at. As far as pricing I provided examples of other stephen King signed first edition hardback books that sold anywhere from 1800 to 5k the clincher is none of those books are mint condition!! The book expert dealer gave me an approx value in this condition anywhere from 1700/1800$ at the very low end up to 3k I'm asking 875$ I did find one signed insomnia hardback that sold for 425$ under e.bay sold listings but the book was in retched condition.
