Hello! Please make a reasonable offer, no low balls. I have a 98 Ford e450 RV for sale that's a Damon ultrasport 27 foot class c. has all the amenities, air conditioning, heat everything works. all electrics, new roof just put on last year, has cargo rack on the rear, tires are good, wheels are good, motor runs like a peach! interior is fantastic, very few blemishes. Turn-Key runner and driver RV ready for your next camp trip! Plus comes with a ton of extras, including two new AC units, rv cover, second awning to be installed, etc .Now for the things that it does need but does not affect it currently. needs brake pads all the way around, main awning needs fabric installed and mounted back on and just general cleanup in areas for the person's own preference who owns this sweet gem! I am willing to haggle on the price a little bit but please no low balls this is a great RV I took it camping last year and had a ball in it with no issues whatsoever. Thanks.
