Description

All pieces except the Adams Apple, Broken Heart, Writer’s Cramp and Wrenched Ankle. Paper and card items printed in USA Game board overlay says Copyright 1965 Plastic molded game tray made in USA Nose lights up and buzzer functions correctly. I know it’s not the absolute first release because the instructions are NOT printed on the inside surface of the top of the box and the top of the box says it’s a skill game, whereas the original first release of the game states it’s an electric game. However the picture on the top of the box shows the doctor smoking which was on the original release and the second release. The original release also had a larger box than the plastic board. This one has a box that is just large enough for the board. The box also has a bar code. The number printed under the bar code does not appear to be a proper UPC. Bar codes were just being developed in the 60’s. I have not been able to find many details about the second release in the 60’s. If this is that one you can see the board is in great shape, nearly new. If you find some evidence that this is not a vintage example of this very fun game please let me know.
