This couch is brand new! We just couldn't fit it in our apartment, so it's currently in our apartment garage. We originally paid $2500 for it, and we're asking for $1250. The dimensions are 98 inches wide, 38 inches deep, 32 inches tall. We chose DreamSofa's Royale Evergreen Fine Knit Velvet for the fabric, and the medium-firm comfort option for the plush.
