Transom and cuddy floor are both solid and no rot (testing videos available to prove still in good shape) Engine was recently recovered by police when the caught the thief & I have recovered the lower block and upper half of motor but upper half was disassembled and is in pieces on a pallet. All parts appear to be their and would need reassembled and motor reinstalled.
