Everything works great and comes with the original power adapter. Even the battery holds charge. I don't think it lasts over an hour or so though. Great condition. This even has S-Video output with a CRT setting. These usually sell well over my asking price. Windows 10 is installed, some of the drivers need to be installed for the smaller screen and stuff to work which is still on the dell website.
