Street Legal Daihatsu Hijet

Up for sale is a CA Street Legal 1992 Daihatsu Hijet "Jumbo". License plates and clean title in hand! Currently non-op so there are no fees. My brother was working on this truck 5 years ago but had to stop because he left for the military. The truck has been sitting in my yard ever since and needs someone to finish this project! I don't know much about truck, all I know is that it took my brother a very long time to make it street legal which is almost unheard of in California. If you look at the pictures you will see it was torn apart to get painted but was never put back together. It is currently not running. I have the seats, carpet, dashboard and most of the plastics in a box. Price is $1400. My brother invested close to $4k back when he was working on it. Title alone is worth the price! I will also throw in a 1994 4x4 hijet for parts. It's basically the frame, motor, trans and locking differentials.
