Description
Tommie Agee (1(contact info removed)) made two of the greatest catches in World Series history during the 3rd game in 1969. This New York Mets center fielder became an integral part of the Amazing Mets World Series in which he is well remembered for leading off the game with a home run and for making two spectacular run-saving catches. He was inducted into the NY Mets Hall of Fame in 2002. The East Elmhurst School in Queens is named after Agee. This color 8” x 10” photograph is signed boldly and neatly by Agee in blue sharpie. “Official Licensee Major League Baseball” trademark appears at the bottom left corner. Excellent condition.
