I recently bought a vehicle for my son's first car here. We test drove multiple cars and everything was pretty straightforward.  The lady in the office was very nice and fast with processing. Without getting into details that night we had a pretty serious issue with the vehicle. I called Mo on a Sunday he answered and was very responsive. He was prompt in fixing the issue no questions asked. Situations like this can get nasty if  handled improperly. Mo was very professional and the situation was handled promptly and smoothly. I trust this dealership and recommend if your looking for a used car.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership 6 months ago. The owner allowed me to take the car to my mechanic to get it assessed. When I returned and let him
know about an issue, he was willing to fix it. Also, in comparison to large dealerships, he gave me a very generous trade in credit for my old car. I’ve been pleased with my purchase so far. There was a delay in getting my title due to a paperwork error, but the owner was responsive and quickly fixed the issue. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, so I was a bit nervous, but the owner was open and transparent through the whole process and made it a pleasant experience.

If you wanna get scammed go ahead give it a try. Scammed us for $1,200. I’m taking this gentlemen to court.

Edit: stop lying, the warranty company is copied on the email chain with you, and you did not mention anything about them not paying you the money. Instead, your email responses are 1 line incoherent gibberish.
Furthermore, the car got totaled less than 6 months from purchasing. What 2 years???
Congratulations on one more unresolved  BBB claim.
I will strongly suggest any future buyer to check this company BBB rating, currently is F and sinking fast.
Next step is the Attorney General Office.

I bought a used car from here 3 years ago for a good price. Everything was fine until 3 months into ownership, the plates were not registered and I spent 8 months going back and forth and hundreds of dollars to get the correct title and plates for my car. Then driving one night the wheel flew out of the car and caused me 3.4k dollars worth of damage . I then spent hundreds of dollars on all its problems , cv axles tie rods , brake system,engine issues , and now the fng ignition issues, I got the starter and relay switch fixed and there still problems! I wasted 5k on this car I paid for 6k . I do not make that much money and this car is an absolute POS! I will never buy here again . I needed a fckn car to get from A to B not a bottomless pit and there’s nothing I can do now. Look at the pictures below , the car is dirty , the car has lead to financial problems. It has no AUX or Bluetooth it’s a 2007 model. All kinds of electric gremlins . It was fixed with carp parts and it had Many mechanical issues!

Honestly, this was the easiest and most efficient car buying experience for me. Mohammad is extremely helpful and very kind and understanding! I needed a good reliable car for school and he provided me with the best car at an excellent price! He communicated everything properly and his kind demeanor and helpful personality made this an easy and enjoyable experience for me. I love the car and it drives so well! This will not be the last time I buy a car from this awesome business! Thank you for everything!
