Daikin whole home plus air conditioner, 24btu with two 12k air handlers, 3 port, unit was installed in a new insurance business that went bankrupt because of covid but unit in total ran a month and has sat. The company pulled out and left the unit. Test and run in heat, cool and dry. (This is what i do for a living) I personally meticulously removed the unit. Pumped down unit has a full charge and all the mounting hardware. To be clear these are not wall units but full size pancake air handlers. These handlers have their own auto internal condensate pump. Includes outdoor unit and two 12 btu air handlers with the opportunity to add a third. Does not include: installation, linesets, thermostats ( units run with normal thermostats) They are hospital gradel clean and the whole package is still under full factory warranty for three more years. Daikin also has an option to extend warranty for the next 8 years unit is one year old. When i say'whole home" this has the ability to do whole home plus above the garage.
