***Buyer beware***
I bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited mileage was good and the price was a decent price , but looking back having to replace a radiator that they said was not leaking , a ac compressor, oil pan , 4 new tires, and it still needs shocks and struts all around , the trunk hatch leaks water whenever I wash it or it rains, the third row seat stop working , the passenger side sliding door works when it wants to, the rear entertainment system doesn't work  at all. Since I have had this van it's been nothing but problems spending $15k and having to spend another $4k to $5k fix issues the dealership should have fixed before they sold this van is crazy .  *Buyer Beware*

My experience with Beyond Cars was kind of amazing. I was there in that area (2 hour drive) the day before with a list of cars that I wanted to look at.  Beyond Cars was the second one for some reason I took the list and did it backwards and I went home so depressed.         The exciting part came the next day when Adam from Beyond Cars called me and asked me about the Lexus that I've been looking at cuz I spoke to him previously.  He convinced me to take a ride out to look at it.  And I'm glad I did because I drove home in that Lexus and I love it to death. The things they said and promised, they followed through with everything! Thank you guys!

Financed a car for the first time ever and this has been a great experience. Worked with Vik and Adam and not once did I feel pressured. Financing was easy and they hooked me up with a bank with great numbers to finance my car.
Definitely recommend anyone looking for a good reliable car and great service.

I had a great experience with Beyond Cars Atlanta! They were extremely helpful in working with me to get the best rate and approval on a car. What really stood out was how respectful and low-pressure the process was—they didn’t pester me like most dealerships do. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want what’s best for them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dealership that values honesty and customer service!

Don’t waste your time trying to do business with this company. They run your credit through 4 banks and tell you they have an approval, which they don’t. They lie about the down payment needed. Two days in and they are now saying they are sending stuff to the bank for their decision.

Responding to the owner: Do NOT lie! I made this review based on the lies and games your staff played! The bank said clearly that the loan was approved and you all could have released the car but you failed to do so!  You all released the car once the bank told you that they won’t pay you all the loan until I have the car in my possession! Then you all gave me the car!

Then you all lied about the repair issue to the car and said you all knew the issue and had ordered the part to fix the truck as well as the radio issue and to this date you all do not have a part to repair my car on the IOU and per the service team, they need to keep my truck for days to explore the issue. I have documentation of all calls and text so don’t try to save face when you all are wrong! Threw mi the later and my truck is still NOT repaired as promised! Now let me know when you all have the part to fix my truck!
