It is in perfect condition. Only used a handful of time due to it always being warm in socal and I like my house to be cool. Bought it for aesthetic purposes but realized I don’t need it. When turned on the fake fire actually moves and looks like real fire. You can have just the fake fire on or just the heater or both! It warms up really well. Paid $120 for it. Asking for $80 OBO.
