Great to hang your stockings for Christmas! I built this for our house a few years back. “I’m a woodworker”. It has an electric fireplace insert with a black marble tile surround . The lower panels on bottom are doors for storage. It’s disassembled now in 3 sections. It will take someone with a little bit of carpentry experience to install it as it will need new crown molding and baseboard. Will work for as low as 8’ ceilings as that’s what we have. The base mantel could also be used as alone without the top. The fireplace sticks out the back 2/12” so you will also need to cut a 22”x 24” piece of drywall out of your wall. Base is 77”w x 10”d x 44h”to mantle top. Upper tv opening is 54.75” w x 36” h. We had a 60” tv shown in picture that fit in the enclosure.
