It’s still in excellent, almost-new condition. • Filled with dry sand (cost me $50) — way better than water because it doesn’t wobble or move. • Adjustable height with 4 different height positions • Great for beginners or anyone who wants a solid workout • Punching bag training burns a ton of energy — just remember to breathe and watch a couple basic YouTube videos (stance, 1–2 combo, and adding the uppercut). This is a sturdy, reliable, almost-new bag that’s ready to go. Important: This thing is heavy because it’s filled with sand. You’ll need two people and a pickup truck, SUV, or small trailer to transport it. I do have a dolly and can help bring it to my apartment building’s side door for easier loading.
