This couch is brand new and in great condition. I moved to LA in March and purchased this couch while I was finishing up a remote job. Now I got an offer to move to Texas and do not feel like bringing the couch. I can send videos as well and FaceTime so you can see in real time. Must be able to move couch on your own from apartment.
