The sofa and love seat are in good condition and the seats are comfortable. Some areas have tears and peeling, as shown in the picture, but you can easily cover them with a cover or repaint the material if you prefer. All reclining sections work perfectly. It’s very sturdy and will require at least two people to move it. Must be picked up by you.
