I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We purchased a vehicle through their Buy Here Pay Here program and were told multiple times that it had been fully serviced and inspected, and that no mechanical issues were present. That turned out to be false.

Right after purchase, we began hearing loud engine noises. We asked them to change the oil or at least inspect it, but they kept insisting that it had already been done and refused to help. We finally had to change the oil ourselves, and it came out pitch black — clearly it had not been serviced at all. This vehicle was unsafe to drive, and our concerns were completely dismissed.

They also had to jump-start the car just for us to test drive it — and when we pointed out issues immediately after, we were told “everything’s already fixed” over and over again. It was all talk, no action.

We have documented everything and will be filing formal complaints with the Texas DMV and the Attorney General under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Just because a car is sold “as-is” doesn’t give a dealership the right to lie about repairs or ignore safety issues. This dealership took our money and left us with a car that was not roadworthy.

If you care about your safety or your finances, do not buy from here.

Do not do buisness with these people they take your money and come get the car for no reason the are known for it !!! These people need to be shut down !!! Omg how dare them leave me and my kids after 3500 down and 3 payments the cone got our vehicle for no reseason came to my work the same day my payment was due and took my car for no reason and nothing I could do ..CROOKS AND THIEVES GOD WILL GET THESE PEOPLE

They took care of me. I was surprised with my past credit and auto history. They work with you as well, good dealership. I recommend it. People get the vibes they throw out. This place is legit

Poor quality vehicles sold me a car with coolant leaking. They had to replace the radiator and flywheel.

3 weeks later i had to get the thermostat, coolant resvoir and EGR replaced. $1500+ in repair.

Purchased the car in August didn't drive it for two weeks since they had it for repair.

Gave me a loaner car with low tires and coolant issues. Absolute chaos with this place avoid the headache. If they try to invalidate this post I have messages with their “manager”.

They will lie and say the cars have no issues

Worst place to get a car from, they scam you from the start giving you different prices,then they tell you to call Chrissy who charges you insurance but you have to get your own insurance to keep the car which makes no sense . Chrissy isn’t even there at the office she’s somewhere else and you have to deal with her otherwise you won’t get a car. All scammers from the people you fist talk to all the way to Jerry from hildebrand and Chrissy
