Fully functional with no issues, and it sounds excellent. The amp will have light surface scratches on the chassis consistent with normal use. There is a noticeable minor chip (ding) on the front right corner of the handle (see photo), but the front panel is clean and overall well cared for despite the minor blemish. The Rotel RB-1070 2-channel power amplifier is a powerful and highly regarded amp known for clean, detailed sound and robust build quality.
