I want to tell you about my experience in this Dealership. They are dishonest people and they sell cars in bad condition. They simply go to make a profit and don't care if other people lose

My brother bought a 2021 GMC Sierra and he wasn't even two weeks old and he already turned on the engine light having problems already

And we went to the Dealership to make a claim or ask them for help and they refused help or do something in return terrible this dealership

Don't visit this dealership and avoid the headaches

I’m very happy that I got a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2014 for my family and I was satisfied with the customer service, I’m planning to get another car for myself someday.

4/2025 I made a CASH purchase on a 2016 Honda Civic and opted for the extended warranty for 2 years.  Then in Dec 2025, I traded the car in on a new 2025 Toyota Tacoma at another dealer.  I contacted Global Motors VIP in Jan 2026 to cancel the warranty and they said they would call me back, Feb 2025 no one had returned call so I called again, they told me I would need to come into their office to sign paperwork to cancel the warranty, I went into their office 2/25/2026 and signed the cancellation paperwork, I had all the documentation on where the car was traded in and mileage.  I signed the paperwork with the same guy who sold the car to me, he said 2 weeks I would receive a refund check in the mail, over the next few weeks I never received anything so I called them 3 more times, always stating they would call me back, as of today 4/1/2026 no one has called me back, so I called again today, was told to contact the lender, I told him I had paid CASH, he said I needed to call my bank, then said the owner was the only one would could help, so I am getting NO WHERE with this dealer, I have made reports with the Sec of State, Ga Used dealer licensing board and The BBB.  They seem so confused at this dealer every time, no one can help me, not sure if this is the NORM for them but if they told me to come in and sign paperwork for the cancellation and that the refund check would come, they should keep their word.

My family and I had an amazing experience. We were very hesitant about shopping for new car since it’s been years. Yulisa  was amazing. She made the process very easygoing and comfortable. She listened answered and cared for all my concerns and questions.  Worked with us. They made my children feel welcomed. Very professional and courteous staff . Thank you we definitely recommend you guys.
